A. Walls / Column
BOX SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION of residential and commercial buildings is
greatly changing the atmosphere of construction. This FAST, DURABLE,
and COST-EFFICIENT construction method eliminates plastering and
redundant CHB walls. This method of construction uses a US Patented
Formwork Panels (multiple sizes) that are laid side by side and/or on
top of the others to form the core of partitions/walls/columns of any
structure. This core is then poured with fresh concrete mix; allowed
to set; and stripped. This work cycle generates a fast production of
structural building elements (equivalent to plastered shear wall)
incomparable with conventional system.
For example, the structural phase (including plastering) of a low cost
house with a floor area of 24 to 36 sq. m. with enclosed bathroom,
bedroom, and its perimeter walls can be finished in 2 days work cycle,
assuming that the soil has been prepared to receive the slab-on-fill:
(refer pictures).
What you see on DAY 3 after stripping the US Patented Formwork Panels
is a fully-built structural house with precise door and window
openings and smooth wall surfaces (both face) that are ready to
receive any kind of architectural finishes (painting after drying
period).
Large projects like mass housing, big residential houses, multi-storey
buildings can be fast tracked by increasing the quantity of these US
Patented Formwork Panels.
Unlike the conventional system of construction (CHB are not designed
to carry structural loads), this BOX system optimizes the use of walls
both as partitions and structural elements. Shift from frame
structural resisting elements (footing/column/beam/slab) to box type
(grade slab-on-fill/wall/slab) gives the owner better value for
his/her investment. Lastly, this structural design and construction
concept are made to pass Universal Design Standards and National
Building Code.
DAY 1: Surface preparation, rebar,
utilities (electrical, mechanical and sanitary embedded items), and
pour slab-on-fill.

DAY 2:
Rebar, utilities (electrical, mechanical and sanitary embedded items),
installation of US Patented Formwork System, and cast core
walls/columns.

DAY 3:
Fully-built structural house with precise door and window openings and
smooth wall surfaces (both face) that are ready to receive any kind of
architectural finishes.

B. SUSPENDED SLAB
SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION of Suspended Slab in complimentary with system
construction of Wall / Column. It is a fast, straight forward, as well
as effective way of completing the BOX structural resisting elements
of low to high-rise concrete structures.
Only 4 or limited sturdy pre-standing US Patented Shoring System
(capacity = 4 -to10 tons each) together with series of easy-to-install
light weight steel beams laid over the other plus the smooth phenolic
plywood shall integrate the suspended slab to the system construction
of Wall/Column.
This box construction is replicated in different designated sizes
side-by-side and/or on top of one another in any case (residential,
mass housing, multi-storey buildings) applicable. Structural integrity
is checked both for vertical, horizontal, eccentric, bending, torsion
and other applicable stresses.
Like the walls, the under side of the slab is smooth, of which ceiling
finishes may be eradicated.
DAY 1: Shoring and formwork
preparation, including rebar, utilities (electrical, mechanical and
sanitary embedded items)
DAY 2:
