Why box building technology (solid concrete construction) is cheaper, durable, fast and better than CHB.
 
1. CHB is a redundant structural element; shear wall (BOX BUILDING TECHNOLOGY / SOLID CONSTRUCTION) is both structural and architectural components of a house.

In shear wall designs, you reduce the number of columns including its sizes because the shear walls are helping to carry structural loads. In CHB all the vertical loads are borne by columns.

The more columns, the more isolated footing, and more steel, steel cost doubled in the past 8months.
